As you know in this busy world it’s important to value the appointments that’s why we have a scheduling policy. This policy makes it easier to book a slot for you and your loved one in a convenient manner. This way you can have your treatment done with peace of mind and no stress on your time.
No Show Policy
As part of our effort to offer the best possible care to all our patients, we have developed a no-show policy for all our patients. This policy implies that if you are unable to show up at the scheduled appointment time then inform us 24 hours before for cancelallation or other changes. Our friendly staff will provide you with the best time for your appointment
Cancellation Fees
We have introduced cancellation fees as a part of our scheduling policy. We genuinely care for the efficiency of the office and the time of all our patients. It will be in effect for late cancellations and no-shows.
$25 will be charged for every 1/2 hour of your scheduled appointment time that you miss. So let’s assume you have a two-hour-long appointment scheduled and you do not show up for that. In this case, you will be charged $100.
We know sometimes a person can be late due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it is crucial to maintain a seamless process for the convenience of all the patients. We appreciate your understanding of our policy.
